Bath County is a county located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 4,731, making it the second-least populous county in Virginia. Bath's county seat is Warm Springs.

Bath County occupies a central position in Virginia and is bordered by Augusta County to the east, Highland County to the north, Alleghany County to the south, and Pocahontas and Greenbrier counties of West Virginia to the west.
