Beck's

Beck's is a popular brand of beer that is produced in Bremen, Germany. The brand is owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewing company. Beck's is known for its pilsner consisting of two row spring barley from the south of England, yeast, crystal water from the "Rotenburger Rinne" and Hallertau hops from southern Germany.

Beck's Brewery, also known as Brauerei Beck & Co., was founded in 1873 by Lüder Rutenberg, Heinrich Beck and Thomas May. The company was sold to Interbrew from Belgium in 2002. Interbrew later merged with AmBev to form InBev, which then acquired Anheuser-Busch in 2008 to form Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Beck's produces a variety of beers, including Beck's Pilsner, Beck's Blue, Beck's Premier Light and Beck's Oktoberfest. The company also produces a non-alcoholic version of its beer, known as Beck's Blue NA.

Advertising[edit | edit source]

Beck's has been known for its innovative advertising campaigns. In the 2000s, the company launched Beck's Fusions, a series of music and art events. The company has also sponsored various music festivals, including the Reading and Leeds Festivals.
