Belem Guerrero Méndez (born March 8, 1972, in Mexico City, Mexico) is a retired Mexican track cyclist. She is best known for winning a silver medal in the women's points race at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Guerrero's success in track cycling also includes multiple gold medals at the Pan American Games.
