- Belleair is a town located in Pinellas County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Tampa Bay Area, a metropolitan area that encompasses several counties in west central Florida. Belleair is known for its beautiful beaches, historic homes, and a variety of recreational activities.

- Belleair is located at 27.93°N 82.81°W. The town is bordered by the city of Clearwater to the north and west, and by the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. The town's total area is 2.1 square miles, of which 1.8 square miles is land and 0.3 square miles is water.
Demographics[edit | edit source]
- As of the 2010 United States Census, there were 3,869 people, 1,730 households, and 1,128 families residing in the town. The population density was 2,143.8 inhabitants per square mile. The racial makeup of the town was 96.9% White, 0.8% African American, 0.1% Native American, 1.0% Asian, 0.5% from other races, and 0.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.6% of the population.
