Bellman may refer to several concepts, people, or places. The term is most commonly associated with Richard Bellman, an American applied mathematician known for his work in dynamic programming and control theory. However, it can also refer to a hotel position, a character in literature, or a place in Sweden.

The Bellman is a character in Lewis Carroll's poem The Hunting of the Snark. He is the captain of the crew and is known for his contradictory navigational orders and his rule of three.
