- Business Hotel - These hotels cater to business travelers and usually offer business-friendly features like meeting rooms and high-speed internet.
- Resort Hotel - These hotels are often located in vacation destinations and offer recreational activities such as golf, skiing, water sports, and spa services.

- Room Service - This service allows guests to order food and drinks to be delivered to their room.
- Concierge Service - This service assists guests with various tasks like making restaurant reservations, arranging for spa services, recommending night life hot spots, booking transportation, and coordinating porter service.
- Housekeeping - This service involves cleaning rooms, making beds, and replenishing linens.
