Bartolomé Maximiliano Moré Gutiérrez (August 24, 1919 – February 19, 1963), better known as Benny Moré, was a renowned Cuban singer, bandleader, and composer. He is considered one of the most important figures in the history of Cuban music, particularly in the genres of son cubano, bolero, and mambo.
