Bishop Ceaser Asili Memorial Hospital is a hospital located in Luweero, Uganda. It is named in honor of the late Bishop Ceaser Asili, who was a prominent figure in the Roman Catholic Church in Uganda.

The Bishop Ceaser Asili Memorial Hospital was established in 1997. It was founded by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Kasana-Luweero, with the aim of providing quality healthcare services to the people of Luweero and its surrounding areas. The hospital is named after Bishop Ceaser Asili, who served as the Bishop of the Diocese of Kasana-Luweero from 1996 until his death in 2008.
