- Blaine County is a county in the U.S. state of Idaho. As of the 2010 census, the population was 21,376. The county seat and largest city is Hailey. The county was established in 1895 and named after James G. Blaine, a U.S. Secretary of State.

- Blaine County is located in the central part of Idaho. It is bordered by six other counties: Camas County to the west, Lincoln County to the south, Minidoka County to the southeast, Butte County to the east, Custer County to the north, and Elmore County to the northwest.
