Bobby Shriver (born April 28, 1954) is an American activist, attorney, journalist, and politician. He is a member of the prominent Kennedy family and has been involved in various philanthropic and political activities throughout his career.

Bobby Shriver was born in Chicago, Illinois, to Sargent Shriver and Eunice Kennedy Shriver. He is the brother of Maria Shriver and a nephew of John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Ted Kennedy. Shriver attended Yale University, where he earned his undergraduate degree, and later graduated from Yale Law School.

After completing his education, Shriver worked as an attorney and journalist. He contributed to various publications and was involved in legal advocacy, focusing on issues such as civil rights and social justice.

He co-founded (RED), an organization that partners with iconic brands to raise awareness and funds to help eliminate HIV/AIDS in Africa. He also played a significant role in the Special Olympics, an organization founded by his mother, Eunice Kennedy Shriver, to provide sports training and athletic competition for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
