- Bullard is a small city located in Smith and Cherokee counties in the U.S. state of Texas. The city is part of the Tyler, Texas Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 2,463.

- The city was originally founded in the 19th century as "Etna" but was later renamed to "Bullard" after John H. Bullard, a prominent figure in the area's development.
