Burkhard Schwenker
Burkhard Schwenker is a German business consultant and former CEO of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, one of the leading global management consulting firms. He is known for his expertise in strategic management and corporate governance.

Burkhard Schwenker was born on April 20, 1958, in Minden, Germany. He studied business administration and economics at the University of Bielefeld and later earned his doctorate in economics from the same institution.

Schwenker began his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1989. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a partner in 1992 and a member of the executive committee in 1998. In 2003, he was appointed CEO of the firm, a position he held until 2010. During his tenure, Schwenker played a crucial role in expanding the firm's global presence and diversifying its service offerings.
After stepping down as CEO, Schwenker continued to serve Roland Berger in various capacities, including as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has also been involved in numerous advisory roles for both public and private sector organizations.
