- Castle Hills is located at 29°31′41″N 98°30′44″W (29.528111, -98.512212). The city has a total area of 2.5 square miles (6.5 km2), all of it land.

- As of the 2010 census, there were 4,116 people, 1,887 households, and 1,176 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,647.6 people per square mile (636.6/km2).
