The city is primarily residential with a population of approximately 3,300 residents. - Overlake Medical Center: Overlake Medical Center is a nonprofit regional medical center located in Bellevue, just a short drive from Clyde Hill. - Swedish Medical Center: Swedish Medical Center is the largest nonprofit health provider in the Greater Seattle area.
