Comutagen

Comutagenesis is a process in which a chemical or environmental factor, known as a comutagen, interacts with mutagens to enhance their effects on the mutation rate of an organism's genetic material. This interaction can either increase the potency of existing mutagens or enable mutagenic properties in otherwise non-mutagenic agents.
