Conference USA (C-USA or CUSA) is a collegiate athletic conference whose member institutions are located within the Southern United States. The conference participates in the NCAA Division I in sports, with its football teams competing in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS).

Conference USA was founded in 1995 through the merger of the Metro Conference and the Great Midwest Conference. The conference's headquarters are located in Irving, Texas.
