- Conway County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2010 census, the population was 21,273. The county seat is Morrilton. Conway County was formed on October 20, 1825, from a portion of Pulaski County and is named for Henry Wharton Conway, a politician from Arkansas.
