Craft Brew Alliance (CBA) was an American brewing company that operated several beer brands. The company was formed in 2008 through the merger of Redhook Ale Brewery and Widmer Brothers Brewery. CBA was headquartered in Portland, Oregon.

Craft Brew Alliance was established in 2008 when Redhook Ale Brewery and Widmer Brothers Brewery merged. The merger aimed to combine resources and expand the distribution of their craft beers. In 2010, Kona Brewing Company joined the alliance, further expanding CBA's portfolio.

In 2012, CBA entered into a strategic partnership with Anheuser-Busch InBev, which acquired a minority stake in the company. This partnership allowed CBA to leverage Anheuser-Busch's distribution network to reach a broader audience.
