David Lawrence was born on January 28, 1964, in Gloucester, England. He grew up in a family passionate about sports, which influenced his early interest in cricket. Lawrence attended local schools where he began to develop his cricketing skills.

Domestic Career[edit | edit source]
David Lawrence made his first-class debut for Gloucestershire in 1981. Known for his fast bowling, he quickly became a key player for the team. Over the years, Lawrence developed a reputation for his aggressive bowling style and ability to take crucial wickets.

Lawrence was selected to play for the England national team in 1988. He made his Test debut against West Indies in 1988. During his international career, Lawrence played in 5 Test matches and 1 One Day International (ODI).
