- Denver, Pennsylvania is a borough located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is part of the Lancaster, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. The borough is situated in the northeastern part of the county and is surrounded by farmland and suburban communities.

- Denver was first settled by German immigrants in the early 18th century. The town was originally known as "Cocalico" after the nearby Cocalico Creek, but was later renamed Denver in honor of the capital of Colorado.

- Denver is located at the eastern edge of Lancaster County, bordered by the Cocalico Creek to the north and the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the south. The borough covers an area of 1.3 square miles, all of it land.
