Deoxyribonuclease IV (DNase IV), also known as endonuclease V, is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the repair and maintenance of DNA integrity, particularly in the process of DNA repair and replication. This enzyme is part of a broader family of deoxyribonucleases, which are enzymes that cleave DNA molecules.
