Depend is a brand of absorbent, disposable undergarment for adults experiencing urinary or fecal incontinence. It is a Kimberly-Clark brand, and positions its products as an alternative to typical adult diapers. Depend is the dominant brand of disposable incontinence garments in the United States with a 49.4 share of the market.

The Depend brand was first introduced in 1984. The initial product was a disposable brief that was belted around the waist. Over the years, the Depend brand has expanded to include absorbent underwear, guards for men, briefs, bed protectors, and seat protectors.

Depend products come in a variety of styles and sizes to match the needs of their users. The products are categorized into Men's and Women's lines, each with specific designs to accommodate the different anatomical needs of the sexes.
Men's Products[edit | edit source]
Depend for Men offers three main types of products: Guards, Fit-Flex Underwear, and Night Defense Underwear.
- Guards for Men are designed for those with light incontinence. They are shaped to fit the male anatomy and can be adhered to the inside of regular underwear.
- Fit-Flex Underwear for Men is designed for moderate to maximum absorbency. It is a pull-on style undergarment that looks and feels like regular underwear.
- Night Defense Underwear for Men is designed for overnight protection. It offers maximum absorbency and a comfortable fit for a good night's sleep.

Depend for Women offers three main types of products: Silhouette Briefs, Fit-Flex Underwear, and Night Defense Underwear.
- Silhouette Briefs for Women are designed for moderate to maximum absorbency. They offer a feminine design with a slim side profile that provides a great fit and a smooth look under clothes.
- Fit-Flex Underwear for Women is designed for moderate to maximum absorbency. It is a pull-on style undergarment that looks and feels like regular underwear.
- Night Defense Underwear for Women is designed for overnight protection. It offers maximum absorbency and a comfortable fit for a good night's sleep.
