Marcos Henrique "Didi" Louzada is a Brazilian professional basketball player who currently plays as a shooting guard and small forward for the New Orleans Pelicans of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Born on July 2, 1999, in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Brazil, Louzada has also played for the Sydney Kings in the National Basketball League (NBL) in Australia.

Didi Louzada began his basketball career in his native Brazil, playing for Franca Basquetebol Clube in the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). His impressive performances in the NBB garnered attention from international scouts.

NBB and Sydney Kings[edit | edit source]
Louzada's professional career took off when he joined Franca Basquetebol Clube. His skills and athleticism made him a standout player in the league. In 2019, he moved to Australia to play for the Sydney Kings in the NBL, where he further developed his game and gained valuable international experience.

In the 2019 NBA Draft, Louzada was selected with the 35th overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks, but his rights were immediately traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. He spent some time developing in the NBA G League before making his NBA debut.
