Dolgellau and Barmouth Hospital is a healthcare facility located in Dolgellau, Wales. It is managed by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.

The hospital was established in the late 19th century. It was originally known as the Dolgellau Cottage Hospital. The hospital was expanded in the 20th century to accommodate the growing population of Dolgellau and the surrounding areas. In 2009, the hospital was renamed to Dolgellau and Barmouth Hospital to reflect its service to the wider community.
