Dorothea Hedwig of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel (3 February 1587 – 16 November 1609) was a member of the House of Welf and Electress of Saxony by marriage to Christian II, Elector of Saxony. She was born in Wolfenbüttel, Duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel, to Henry Julius, Duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel and Elisabeth of Denmark, Electress of Brandenburg.
Dorothea Hedwig married Christian II, Elector of Saxony, and they had one son, John George I. She passed away in Prague, Kingdom of Bohemia, in 1609.
