Dos Hombres
== Dos Hombres ==
Dos Hombres is a brand of mezcal founded by actors Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul. The brand was launched in July 2019 and has since gained popularity for its high-quality mezcal and unique marketing approach.
History[edit | edit source]
The idea for Dos Hombres originated when Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, who co-starred in the television series Breaking Bad, decided to collaborate on a business venture. Both actors shared a passion for mezcal and wanted to create a product that reflected their tastes and values. After extensive research and numerous trips to Oaxaca, Mexico, they partnered with a local mezcalero to produce their own brand of mezcal.
Production[edit | edit source]
Dos Hombres mezcal is made from the Espadín agave, which is one of the most commonly used agave varieties for mezcal production. The agave plants are harvested and then roasted in underground pits, a traditional method that imparts a smoky flavor to the mezcal. The roasted agave is then crushed, fermented, and distilled to create the final product.
Varieties[edit | edit source]
As of now, Dos Hombres offers a few different varieties of mezcal, including:
- Dos Hombres Espadín Mezcal
- Dos Hombres Tobala Mezcal
Each variety has its own unique flavor profile, influenced by the type of agave used and the specific production methods.
Marketing and Reception[edit | edit source]
Dos Hombres has been marketed heavily through social media and other digital platforms, leveraging the fame of its founders to reach a wide audience. The brand has received positive reviews from both consumers and critics, who praise its smooth taste and high quality.
Awards[edit | edit source]
Dos Hombres has received several awards in the spirits industry, including accolades from various international competitions.
