- Eagle Lake is a city located in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, United States. The city is part of the Mankato–North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2010 census, the city had a total population of 2,422.

- Eagle Lake is located at 44.16°N 93.88°W. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.2 square miles, all of it land.

- Eagle Lake was platted in 1856, and named for the abundance of eagles near the original town site.
