Earlington, Pennsylvania is a unincorporated community located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is part of the Souderton Area School District and is serviced by the Telford post office.

Earlington was originally known as Shoemakertown after a local family, but was renamed in the late 19th century after a local businessman, James Earlington. The community has a rich history, with many of its buildings dating back to the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Earlington is located in the southeastern part of Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. It is approximately 35 miles north of Philadelphia and 15 miles south of Allentown. The community is primarily residential, with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments.
