Eleanor of Viseu (2 May 1458 – 17 November 1525) was a Portuguese noblewoman and queen consort of Portugal. She was born in Viseu, Portugal, the daughter of Fernando, Duke of Viseu and Beatrice of Portugal.

Eleanor married John II of Portugal and became the queen consort of Portugal. The couple had one son, Manuel I, who later succeeded his father as king.

Eleanor was a member of the House of Aviz, a royal house of Portugal known for its significant role in the country's history.

After her husband's death, Eleanor lived in Lisbon until her own passing on 17 November 1525. She was buried at the Batalha Monastery.
