Elisabeth Henriette of Hesse-Kassel (23 November 1661 – 7 August 1683) was a German noblewoman and a member of the House of Hesse. She was born in Kassel, Landgraviate of Hesse-Kassel, as the daughter of William VI, Landgrave of Hesse-Kassel and Hedwig Sophia of Brandenburg.

In 1677, Elisabeth Henriette married Charles III William, Margrave of Baden-Durlach, forming a union between the Hessian and Baden noble families. The couple did not have any children.

Tragically, Elisabeth Henriette passed away on 7 August 1683 at the young age of 21 in Ettlingen, Margraviate of Baden-Durlach. Her early death left a void in the Baden-Durlach court and marked the end of her potential contributions to the realm.

Elisabeth Henriette of Hesse-Kassel's life and brief reign as Margravine of Baden-Durlach are remembered in the annals of German nobility, highlighting the interconnectedness of European royal families during the early modern period.
