Ellinge Castle is a castle located in Eslöv Municipality, Scania, Sweden. The castle, which dates back to the 12th century, is one of the oldest in Scania and has a rich history that spans several centuries.

The earliest known reference to Ellinge Castle is in a document from 1161, where it is referred to as Elinge. The castle was originally built as a fortification during the Middle Ages, and it has undergone several renovations and expansions over the centuries.

In the 16th century, the castle was owned by the Brahe family, a noble family with significant influence in Sweden. The castle was later owned by the Sparre family and the Trolle family, both of which were prominent in Swedish history.

In the 19th century, the castle was renovated in the neo-Gothic style, which is how it appears today. The castle is currently privately owned and is not open to the public.
