Fairless Hills is a census-designated place (CDP) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Fairless Hills was named after Benjamin Fairless, a former president of U.S. Steel. The community was built in 1951 by Danherst Corporation as a planned residential community for employees of the nearby Fairless Works steel mill.

As of the 2020 United States Census, the population of Fairless Hills was 8,466. The community is predominantly residential, with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments.

The economy of Fairless Hills is closely tied to the larger Philadelphia metropolitan area. Many residents commute to jobs in Philadelphia and other nearby cities. The area has a variety of local businesses, retail stores, and restaurants.
