Family Food Fight is an American television series that premiered on ABC on June 20, 2019. The show is based on the Australian television series of the same name. It is a cooking competition that features diverse families from across the United States competing in a series of cooking challenges to win the title of "America's No. 1 Food Family" and a cash prize.
