Feasterville is a community located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Feasterville-Trevose census-designated place (CDP), which is a suburban area situated northeast of Philadelphia.

Feasterville was originally settled in the early 18th century. The area was primarily agricultural, with many farms and small settlements. Over time, it developed into a suburban community as people moved out of the city of Philadelphia in search of more space and a quieter lifestyle.

Feasterville is located at coordinates 40°8′45″N 75°0′0″W. It is bordered by Trevose to the south and Southampton to the north. The area is characterized by its suburban residential neighborhoods, local businesses, and parks.
