Fitness (magazine) is an American women's health and wellness magazine that was first published in 1992. The magazine covers a wide range of topics including diet, workout routines, beauty tips, and even fashion. The magazine is published 10 times a year by the Meredith Corporation.

Fitness (magazine) was launched in 1992 by The New York Times Company. It was sold to the Meredith Corporation in 2005. The magazine was originally designed to compete against both Health and Shape in the fitness magazine market.

The magazine's content includes articles on diet, exercise, beauty and fashion. The magazine also includes workout tips and tricks, healthy recipes, and other fitness information. The magazine often features celebrity cover models and interviews.
