Flaming Doctor Pepper is a popular cocktail that is known for its unique presentation and taste. It is often enjoyed as a party drink or during special occasions. The drink is named after the soft drink Dr Pepper, although it does not actually contain any Dr Pepper.

To make a Flaming Doctor Pepper, you will need the following ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Amaretto
- 1/4 oz 151 proof rum
- 1/2 glass of beer (lager)
Preparation[edit | edit source]
To prepare a Flaming Doctor Pepper, follow these steps:
- Pour the Amaretto into a shot glass.
- Float the 151 proof rum on top of the Amaretto.
- Fill a beer glass halfway with beer.
- Ignite the shot glass and drop it into the beer glass.
- Drink the entire contents of the beer glass in one gulp.
