- Fort Branch is a town located in Gibson County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, the town had a population of 2,771. It is the largest town in Gibson County and is part of the Evansville, Indiana, Metropolitan Area.

- Fort Branch had its start in the year 1852 by the building of the railroad through that territory. It was named for a fort built in 1811 on a branch of the Wabash River.

- Fort Branch is located at 38°14′50″N 87°34′38″W. According to the 2010 census, Fort Branch has a total area of 1.11 square miles, all land.
