Frank M. Boyce was an American politician and businessman who served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from Wisconsin. He was born on February 2, 1851, in Dover, New Hampshire.

Early Life and Education[edit | edit source]

Frank M. Boyce attended the public schools in Dover and later moved to Wisconsin with his family. He pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he studied law.

Career[edit | edit source]

After completing his education, Boyce was admitted to the bar and began practicing law in Marinette, Wisconsin. He quickly became involved in local politics and was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1880. His political career continued to rise, and he was elected to the United States House of Representatives as a member of the Republican Party.

Congressional Service[edit | edit source]

Boyce served in the United States House of Representatives from March 4, 1893, to March 3, 1895. During his tenure, he was known for his work on issues related to commerce and industry, reflecting his background as a businessman. He did not seek re-election after his term ended and returned to his law practice in Marinette.

Later Life and Death[edit | edit source]

After leaving Congress, Boyce continued to be active in his community and in various business ventures. He passed away on March 30, 1931, in Marinette, Wisconsin.
