Gary Mehigan was born on February 12, 1967, in Birmingham, England. He developed a passion for cooking at a young age and decided to pursue a career in the culinary arts. After completing his culinary training, Mehigan worked in several renowned restaurants in the United Kingdom, including the Michelin-starred Le Souffle.
