Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) is one of the professional graduate schools of Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.. Established in 1870, it is the second largest law school in the United States and is renowned for its programs in constitutional law, international law, and tax law.

The Law Center was founded in 1870 by Patrick Francis Healy, S.J., the first African-American president of a predominantly white university. It was the first law school established by a Jesuit institution in the United States. The school was originally located in downtown Washington, D.C., and moved to its current location in the Capitol Hill neighborhood in 1971.
