Graft

• Corneal graft: Also known as a corneal transplant, this involves the replacement of a diseased or scarred cornea with a healthy one from a donor. This is often used in the treatment of conditions such as keratoconus or corneal ulcers.

Risks and Complications

Like any medical procedure, grafts carry some risks and potential complications. These can include infection, rejection of the graft by the patient's immune system, and failure of the graft to integrate with the surrounding tissue.
