Hendrick's is a brand of gin produced by William Grant & Sons at the Girvan distillery in Scotland. It was launched in 1999 and has since gained a reputation for its unique flavor profile and distinctive packaging.

Hendrick's gin is made using a combination of traditional and modern distillation techniques. The gin is produced in small batches of 500 liters, which allows for greater control over the quality of the final product. The distillation process involves the use of two types of stills: a Bennett still and a Carter-Head still. The Bennett still is a small pot still that produces a rich and complex spirit, while the Carter-Head still is a column still that produces a lighter and more delicate spirit.
