Holy Family Hospital Nyapea is a hospital located in Nyapea, a town in the Zombo District of Uganda. It is a private, not-for-profit hospital, owned by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nebbi. The hospital is accredited to the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau.

Holy Family Hospital Nyapea is a general hospital that provides medical services to the population of Nyapea and surrounding areas. The hospital is part of the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau network, which includes over 30 hospitals and 200 lower-level health facilities across Uganda.

The hospital offers a range of services including General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, and Community Health. It also provides HIV/AIDS care and treatment, Tuberculosis treatment, and Malaria prevention and treatment.

The hospital is located in the town of Nyapea, in the Zombo District of Uganda. It is approximately 70 kilometres, by road, west of Nebbi, the location of the diocesan headquarters.
