The Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC) is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency relief, health services, and community support in Hong Kong. It is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, which is the largest humanitarian network in the world.

The Hong Kong Red Cross was established in 1950 as a branch of the British Red Cross. Following the transfer of sovereignty over Hong Kong from the United Kingdom to the People's Republic of China in 1997, the HKRC became a special branch of the Red Cross Society of China.
