The Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) is a premier mental health and neurosciences institute located in New Delhi, India. Established in 1993, it is an autonomous institution under the Delhi Government. IHBAS is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care, conducting research, and imparting training in the field of mental health and neurosciences.

IHBAS was initially started as an autonomous unit of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in 1974. It was later converted into an independent institute in 1993.
