Description[edit | edit source]

Htanthi mont is a type of cake made from the fruit of the toddy palm. It is a popular snack in Burma and is often served at traditional Burmese festivals and celebrations. The cake is similar in texture and taste to the Chinese fa gao, a type of steamed sponge cake.
