Ice Cream Man is a 1995 American horror comedy film directed by Norman Apstein. The film stars Clint Howard as the titular character, a mentally disturbed ice cream vendor who turns to murder.

The story follows Gregory Tudor, who, as a child, witnesses the murder of his local ice cream man. Traumatized by the event, Gregory grows up to become an ice cream man himself. However, his traumatic past leads him to become a serial killer, using his ice cream truck as a cover for his gruesome activities. The film follows a group of children who begin to suspect Gregory's dark secret and attempt to expose him.
