Jacob Thorkelson (September 24, 1876 – November 20, 1945) was a Norwegian-American politician and physician. He served as a U.S. Representative from Montana.

Jacob Thorkelson was born in Egersund, Norway. He immigrated to the United States in 1892. Thorkelson pursued a career in medicine, graduating from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1900.
