Jenner Township is a township in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Johnstown Metropolitan Statistical Area. The township was named after Edward Jenner, the English physician who pioneered the smallpox vaccine.

Jenner Township is located in the northern part of Somerset County. It is bordered to the north by Cambria County and to the east by Bedford County. The township covers a total area of 67.8 square miles, of which 67.7 square miles is land and 0.1 square miles is water.
