John Marzano

John Marzano was an American professional baseball player who played as a catcher in Major League Baseball (MLB). He was born on February 14, 1963, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Marzano was known for his defensive skills behind the plate and his versatility as a utility player.

Marzano attended Temple University in Philadelphia, where he played college baseball for the Temple Owls. His standout performance in college caught the attention of MLB scouts, leading to his eventual selection in the MLB Draft.
